Senior Sales Director Randi Stevens began her rewarding career with Mary Kay in December 1974.  Since becoming a Director in December of 1976 she has many prestigious awards and recognition to her credit, including Mary Kay’s Monthly Miss Go-Give award in 1983.  Randi has led her Unit to prestigious unit clubs and has been in the top 10 in the Sapphire Seminar 11 times, including runner-up in Unit Sales in 2015, 2016 and 2nd runner-up in 2017.  Most notably, Randi was the #1 Director in Unit Sales for the 2016 and 2017 Sapphire Seminar Go Give. During her career she is one of the top 1% of the Mary Kay Independent sales force choosing to EARN 21 pink Cadillacs and many bonuses.

Her mission is to mentor, enrich, and help women advance and work effectively to create a richly balanced life for themselves and their families.  By passing on Mary Kay Ash’s legacy, women will have the opportunity to reach their full potential—spiritually, emotionally, financially, and physically.  Such women will become the next generation of legacy builders.
