Renate Moore started her Mary Kay Career in 1980 as a single parent because she needed flexibility to be there for her 11-year-old daughter.  Nine months later, she earned her first Career Car – the Buick Regal.  She earned her first Cadillac in 1982!  Over the course of her career, Renate is one of the top 1% of the Mary Kay Independent sales force able to EARN 20 Career Cars – 9 of them Cadillacs, driving with MaryKay for 40 years!

 

Her Unit has achieved 23 various Unit Clubs; one of them the prestigious “Half Million Dollar Club!”

 

When Mary Kay opened in Germany, Renate was asked to train the first Consultants in 40 German cities.  She returned to Germany two more times and had the honor of celebrating the first German Director at the Director Debut in Heidelberg.  Since then, the first German Director has become the #1 National Sales Director in Germany.  Several of the “New Consultants” that Renate met then have since become National Sales Directors.

 

Renate has been in the Queen's Court of Sales and was honored as Miss Go-Give in the Gwen Sherman Area. Renate always had an international Unit with women from India, Pakistan, Germany, Afghanistan, Poland, Italy, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Virgin Islands, Vietnam, Taiwan,  and more.  It is her passion to be an encourager and a coach, and to see the God-given beauty and talent in every person.
